Honestly - you look at this guys take at the end of the video and really this whole product in general and you can't hate it. Plant based but gives you the same experience as meat doesn't sound bad at all - I say this while being vehemently anti-vegitarian/anti-vegan - I love meat of all kinds. But an alternative that can live in the same market as meat and be better than something like beyond meat then why not. As long as its not bugs :)
