im pretty sure colorado is red, lots of people get caught every election tampering with ballots. during the 2016 president election they shut down the polls claiming "interference" Trump was winning. When they announced the results an hour later they claimed hrc won.

Even boulder co whats assumed to be a big blue city fights tooth and nail for their gun rights.
