Only those who choose to not participate.

I am not advocating that all the economy be digitalized. The future will allow for multiple economies to exist simultaneously. We can have a decentralized paper economy as easily as we can have a decentralized digitalized economy. The two do not need to be mutually exclusive of one another.

At present, the reason why there seems to be a dichotomous relationship between the two is that the crypto economy is threatening to overtake the Cabal's fiat system, and the Cabalists and Deep Staters do not want that at all! They are rushing their own CBDC to market as a counter move.
