I believe it was one of those fake "posts" put out there. Right along side the ones where "Trump is asking for people to join his telegram channel" and "buy his gold coins".

Telegram is grifter central. Sure there are a few decent people that put things out there, but they also put things out here and to TS. So telegram is not necessarily needed anymore in that regard.

People like Telegram for the groups/channels but I've never liked the way it functions. I agree with it being either fake or a post from long ago.
