As I mentioned in another post with this same image.

Have a bunch of card-stock 8x11 in bright orange that says on them...

BALLOTS DIRECTLY UNDER THESE FLYERS ARE SUSPICIOUS..POSSIBLY FRAUDULENTLY DROPPED IN BY MULES.

Throw in about 10 or so of these flyers to blanket the entire top of the pile right after you see a mule drop his fake ballots in.

Of course document his car make/model and the mule person themselves, date and time.
