Yes I know there is a bit of development until 25, although I have some doubts based on some videos. But a child's brain is mostly developed by the age of 3. So yes, my brain was mostly developed then. I have full memories back to age 2, so I'm pretty sure my brain was getting close even then. Perhaps some other people don't have developed brains until years later, as I've heard many people say that they don't remember anything at all from their childhood. The shots interfere with brain development, so when the brain is mostly developed, there is less possibility for damage. The worst damage would occur during the first two years.

So I stand by what I wrote in general and especially in my own case. There are other people who would be outliers, such as liberals, Biden, etc.
