Did you find it in his Truth Social account. When I read your original post, I went to his TS account and I did not see the post. If you found it somewhere other than TS I din't think it is valid. Sometimes on Telegram there are fake postings.
The TS OP's thread does not state it's a joke post and I wish I knew how to add a pic to a post.
