I believe it will be the governor's decision. That's bad news in my state. Our children have already said they will NOT vaccinate our grandchildren. My family has been talking for some time about this being the line in the sand. We have been discussing what states we would consider. It will be eight separate households that will be looking for housing and jobs in that state.
