Yeah, our (Canadian) government apologized for participating in MK ultra experiments. McGill university paid "compensation" to victims' families not too long ago. This (MK ultra) is one 'conspiracy fact' that has decent paper trail behind it. https://www.mcgilltribune.com/mind-control-mcgill-mk-ultra/
