Twitter shares dropped after Bloomberg said the buyout could be reviewed over its foreign backers, including China-linked crypto-currency exchange Binance.

It could also connect to other things happening right now. Eric Schmitt is pursuing the White House for colluding with Social Media to censor people. What happens when the government breaks an amendment? I suspect not much in the current political environment. I hope they get exposed.
