I am currently watching the rally in Texas. Can someone please help me understand why Trump is so proud of the vaccines and "operation warp speed"? What am I missing?

Because he stopped their 10 year plan of shutting us down. I think this is him talking to the deep state.

Because of the vaccines. It sped up their entire plan.

He is rubbing it in their faces.
