...those are some top shelf treats...
...I pray that God will bless your Sunday School class this morning, I am on the road so I will have to do the video church today...
That's okay. When I miss church I usually watch Greg Laurie. There are a lot of good Preachers who preach God's word. I listen to them all at least once, and then I know who is in it for the Gospel or the Money. Have a blessed Sunday. I will be teaching my class today about what God knows to be Good and what he knows to be Bad. Then we will play a game on it.
...I am blessed that our church live streams its Sunday service...
...your students are blessed to have such a wonderful soul teaching them about Jesus and His Father....
We have an 'old' but beautiful; 'small' but big hearted church. We just had stained-glass windows installed. I'm sure Bro. Eddie would love to live stream his services in order to spread God's word, but as small of a congregation as we are, we simply couldn't afford it. We are saving in our building fund for a fellowship hall to be added on and it's slow going; but I know the Lord will provide it for us one day.
I only had 2 students yesterday, so I decided it best to sit and listen to the sermon. The boys didn't seem to mind. There are mostly middle aged and elderly members in my church. Our Sunday school is small. Some Sundays I have 1 or 2 kids and other Sundays I may have 7 or 8. Most of the time the Grandparents bring them. I never know until that day. I thought about putting on a Christmas program with the kids this year, but there is no guarantee I would have enough to participate. I really would love to though. I can picture the cute 'little' shepherds and wise men playing their parts. So I'll have to wait and see what the Lord puts upon my class.
Well, I'm back to the (leaving at) 3:30 Am. Son just left out for the oil fields again for another 2 weeks. When he's home I don't have to be there until 5:30 Am as he then goes and works construction with his old boss for those 2 weeks he's home. So it's back to the wee hours of the morning. Catch ya tomorrow my friend. Mary.
...thank you for the update...
