if Bannon's sentencing was to set a precedent for being able to subpoena former presidential aides, than Trump being sentenced for refusing a subpoena (while offering to testify in a public setting) would solidify subpoena powers and the legal precedent to even subpoena former presidents! sure would love to see so many of our recent past presidents on the hot seat
