I've learned to watch with neutrality. It's tough to maintain at first but practice on the regular helps. After 8 hours of exchanging cash and listening to drama, I rinse off in the shower to get their residue away from me. I agree it is brutal. I empathize with the fact they were sold a lie they continue to believe. At the end of the day, they have free will to make stupid decisions.
