I recall at least one story about an unconscious/sleeping patient being vaxxed without their knowledge while they were passed out. The hospital defended it after the fact saying that they had already agreed to be vaxxed.. and i dont recall any more details sorry. Did a quick look for this story but couldnt find a reference.

However what I did find is this: people getting attacked, overpowered, and forcibly being vaxxed against their will. If this can happen, then attacking sleeping or recovering patients with a vax is surely happening as well.

This is a hospital in Dallas. The man appears lucid and well spoken as he fights for his right NOT to be vaxxed: 5 DOCTORS SURROUND MAN IN HOSPITAL ROOM AND FORCE COVID VACCINATION ON HIM. (STRUGGLE ENSUES)
