"Lead by Example" is the phrase you are searching for...

Edit: I almost forgot... their entire argument is what is referred to as a "false dichotomy". A false choice between only two options... typically in situations where there are many other choices available in addition to the 2 presented.

Also, who says that X number of people is OK, but more than that = slavery? These people are so full of shit in so many ways... it is astonishing.
