Actually, can you just tell me plainly what you meant? Communicating sarcasm through plain text is never a guaranteed success.
That's fair. I was being sarcastic about the entire concept of deltas. I think it's absurd to give a date to something with a specific year but then pretend although it didn't happen then it will happen the next year or the next year (5 times now) as though the date has some significance despite the year being off. The cope would be that the reason it didn't occur in 2017 is because "disinfo" is necessary, but for some reason there is still meaning to the date... Somehow
