Since they say everyone is "fine" afterwards, I'll guess it was a seizure or a faint and loss of consciousness.

I hope so altho Centre County is the home to Penn State University and is a very liberal pro mask pro vax area. PSU did a vax purge for anyone who was unvaxed earlier this year.
