Companies re-invest earnings in order to grow the enterprises and make them more competitive. The tax code then permits them to write off those re-invested profits. The IRS understands this. Voters understand this. It is one of the reasons our country had grown so strong over the years.

The only people who cannot understand this simple principle are vote-buying social democrats and their ignorant constituents who believe the purpose of government is to give them free stuff. For them, 10% to the big guy is a bargain.
