Nancy said that the nuclear football should go to her...if that request was accommodated, what if certified lover boy broke in and took it? Did Joe or Nanc ever receive the nuclear football? I hope someone else has it secured.

The "football" is not something that is handled in a casual way; there are very rigid procedures surrounding it. I seriously doubt that Old Joe or even his "administration" are anywhere near the device. And if we think that Devolution is even 50% correct, I would suspect that it is safely contained somewhere deep in the military.
It was cute that for the first time in history, Nancy wanted some sort of new process in which she got that access, bless her little heart.
That was the rawest of raw power grabs. These people are insane.
