Would the Army paint their name on the side of a shipping box? I don't think I've ever seen that but it doesn't mean it's not real US Army property. It would be like paining a big target on the side.
It's a local trucking company, that container probably came via the airport heading to a local base within the city. What camouflage would the military use in a city anyway, unmarked containers perhaps but then they would be harder to spot or locate in case of an emergency where military material has priority within the supply chains.
