So the pharma corps. are going to try to shift blame to the govt. for improperly dictating ("mandating") the poison drug? Interesting. Sickening, but interesting.
They just opened the door for the govt. to retaliate against the pharma corps.
The plaintiff likely has a case that can be brought against the govt. or govt. agency, alleging something along the lines of "improper mandate; negligence, leading to death."
Provided such a case is accepted for trial in a court of law, this would almost certainly lead to the govt. defense lawyers being forced to argue that the govt. was (mislead) defrauded by the pharma corps., and perhaps individuals too. I wonder who will succeed in throwing who under the bus?
Is it bad that I want the government and Big Pharma to be forced to ditch the legal avenues and just face off in a Thunderdome?
This is what I see happening. Gummint blames Big Pharma, Big Pharma blames Gummint, and we'll be watching their mud wrestling into 2040.
