ok so apparently this is all being caused by a biotecnological parasite weapon that ivermeciicin can stop,, the video i saw says to take it like a anti parasitic, though it is everwhere it is better to go for a anti parasitic pine remedy, or someting more natural, to be honest i don't know if that is the cure either, it does treat it though. the real cure is getting rid of the cabal, and resolve the reinfection problem.
