Internet speed question… internet here in WI sucks. SUPER SLOW buffers constantly, same thing when we were in FL. Is this occurring everywhere?

How is the internet speed where you are?
Is something afoot with providers? Any advice on boosting reliability?

No, I only know the name Racine from the Q boards and because both the team announcers for the SF Giants and the Oakland A’s plus a producer Brother have all bragged about being from Racine, Wisconsin. Three brothers.
