Hmmm...interesting. Probably both. I think the handful of arrests and 2000 Mules scared them bad. They never thought they could possibly be caught. However, I see evidence of a shortage of funds too. Very few mailers from Democrats. No door knockers, when there used to be lots of paid Democrat door knockers every year. I'm not aware of any ads, but then again, I tend to hang out in places like this site, so why would I see their ads? But really, no Democrat presence.
