We are all looking in one direction but what if the heart problems are being cause from a different weapon?

I have my questions too. I wonder if some of the "drop deads" are just twitter bot accounts, being used by one force or another. Kind of like the disproportionate amount of political figures being charged with sex crimes. We all know there is more to that than meets the eye. The "deaths" of the vaccinated almost seems too convenient, for one team or the other.
