There's not that much to talk about. The shit ass link as you called it is The Guardian, sensationalizing a nothing burger.

Cash is represented by lawyers, they advised him to get an immunity deal. This is called normal and probably cost him more in attorney's fees than I will make before I die.

Any testimony Kash brings forth against an innocent man will avail the prosecution little at all.

Maybe Kash got himself an immunity deal so they would THINK he was going to say something incriminating .....and when he does the opposite, he cant be prosecuted on some fake charge like collusion. He is a smart Patriot to cover his ass, he has seen how they operate when someone thwarts them.
