It's an 11 comm. He is saying Satan [11] you are #2, today.

1:01 = 11 1:10 = 11

Satan and his followers in their minds think he is #1 as the trickster that he is. However deep down he knows our heavenly father is truly #1. So in a sense he wants to be TWICE as good as our heavenly father, or (2) #1's put together as 11.
