I assumed he still lives in the UK, and is free to leave his country, his city, and travel where and when he wants to. Maybe not to the Netherlands but thats up to the dutch - self determination means that you dont have to have others in your property, or nation.

Is he a higher level of terrorist than actual terrorists crossing the EU border? Curious how a guy who hasnt killed or threatened anyone would merit a ranking like this.

Did a bit of searching and apparently he is banned only from NL, and not the EU. Upholding borders coming back?
