its a pretty interesting rabbit hole and 4chan occasionally has threads on it.

from what i can tell there are 3 main issues:

• modern science seems to confirm that the cut off foreskin is heavily connected with nerve endings and can dramatically affect level of pleasure later in life

• the act itself imprints on the infant psychologically similar to an act of torture, with profound implications on brain development

• the cut off skin is likely sold on the black markets for thousands of dollars or for stem cell 'research', as we became aware of with the organ trade connections to planned parenthood/abortion industry. There is financial gain to be had from a 'biblical' tradition... interesting!
