Nothing is ever truly deleted…only hidden.

From the sounds of it, it was never "deleted", the submissions in that 3 week period were just never received.

The server name was changed, but the form submission wasn't updated to reflect that. So anything that was submitted was just sent to the void.

Am I misunderstanding the explanation? Cause it sounds less intense than "entire database of evidence".
