I'm trying to take my son to the see the rally tomorrow in Dayton. What should I know? I applied for tickets and hopefully will get them today. What time should I head down if hes speaking at 8:00? Is 3:00 too late? If I need to pull him from school thats no problem. Can you bring food in line? Can you bring battery phone chargers in? What do they not let you bring? Any info or recommendations would be appreciated.

First thing to know is that all seating is first come first served. You need to be in line before 10 am to get a seat. When the gates open rush to the seating before using the porta potties and get a bracelet. Now get your seats and leave some stuff on them to save the seats. Once you have your bracelet you can come and go from seating area.
Bring some food and water for while you are in line. Phones and cameras are fine to bring in and a phone battery backup should be fine also. Vapes are not allowed but cigarettes are allowed, No lighters are allowed so matches if you bring cigarettes. They do not allow you to take food and drinks inside, but some snacks are fine like Slim Jims, beef jerky, gum, candy etc.
Camera bags or small backpacks are allowed but anything with a metal frame is not. If you want to bring a cooler or collapsible chair you can leave them at the gate and pick them up on the way out.
Thank you
