There is a black outline around his head. There are shadows on this suit from his mic and his arms, but the shadow caused by the podium is first from the wrong direction and then just kind of moves away? Definite green screen.

Like one of those bad sitcoms from ancient times (60's, 70's).

The quality of the CGI is... bad. Amateurish. This must be deliberate, along with Zelenskyy. It is as if they WANT people to notice.
