It must work in the 4th Dimension. It was able to see Trudeau and wanted nothing further to do with Canada. Looks like it is headed for Russia now.

Sarcasm yes surely, since the spinning metallic core doesn't really interface at all with the atmosphere and its composition.

I have the suspicion however that 'climate' is being pushed as a meme because climactic changes will be pretty large and fast if and when they happen around a pole shift. And of course blaming changes wrought by humans will certainly feed into the goal of instigating hatred and conflict to kill people needlessly.
