Just a sidenote: 1992โ1999 was a terrible time not only for Russians, but for all people of the collapsing Soviet Union.
Hyperinflation: e.g., in 1989, I bought a house with 25-year home loan, in February 1992, the whole sum was just about half of a month's salary and I repaid it in full. But inflation continued well into 1994. Not as drastic as Weimar Republic, just a bit short of that ;)
Everything changed owners. The state evicted people from their homes because โrightful ownersโ (anyone who could produce a paper that 50+ years earlier his/her relatives owned that house/apartment) were now eligible. Not everyone knew how to forge a document or dozen, and who to bribe. Same with jobs: playing capitalism without any economic understanding, Soros' sharks and tons of other weird factors meant ca 80% of industry and almost all agriculture just felled apart. 90%+ of paper smearing jobs were gone (yes, this is mostly good thing, but today we have even bigger share of non-productive positions than then).
Criminals shot each other and occasionally some bystanders, tho firearms were all forbidden.
I guess that's exactly what's ahead, but not all. Die-off of vax-injured means we collectively lose some chunks of knowledge how thing were done so farโwas no problem in 1990es.
Just as Isaac Asimov's โFoundationโ-series: on shreds of Empire bits of former science turn into a religion, original religions were smashed by empire, and in some corners, someone has played the shadowland games ahead of time. Let's hope smart shadowlanders (maybe SOC = self organizing collective, guess they're also behind Q and The Plan) are benevolent and prepared to lead the sheeple.
