First off, he didn't ban her....he suspended her.

Second, the reason she was even suspended, was because she was trying to impersonate him and change her account to being as if Elon Musk was tweeting the stuff, even though he wasn't.

He’s just following TOS, to top it off she wasn’t the only one. There were tons of people impersonating him and saying bad things. This stops it in its tracks from either side, your welcome to behave like this but they’ll be consequences.
