Its the payout. Not the incoming of taxes right? lol!

Thw DS just cant say hey! Here is a billion for rigging some elections right?

That doeant look good on the books. It wouldnt pass an audit right?

Also passing a billion to someone using the 'legal' rotes doesnt work either right? When they do that people start asking questions correct? There arw reciepts and auditing. Correct?
