I was filling out my ballot today when all the poll workers started applauding and one shouted out “1st time voter!!!”
Several of us fill out ballots stopped to join in the applause. I’d never seen that before
We were surprised by the warm excited reception. There wasnt applause but lots of congrats and thank you for voting to her. I was wearing all red so the assumption would be R as to at least the home shes from, so that was interesting to see warmth in a supposedly 'blue' state.
I have a good feeling about this election.
