Just a civvies observation,
I work near a National Guard HQ/Garrison, there's a yard that usually has no more than a few vehicles.
Driving past it today, and the yard was packed with Strykers and Bearcat looking things. What I would guess a crowd-control package would look like.
I do not live in a state where I would expect the need for much of that during the storm, but I suppose there are always a few urban areas in any state.
Maybe others have noticed the same?
Our local is also packed plus we saw personnel. Never like this only a few vehicles. This was a couple of weeks ago and my wife and I were both WTF. Its completely full of equipment we have never it like this, have lived since 2014. Northeast Ohio
