This explanation is laughable.
Light printing is a hardware issue. So you’re telling me that in all these locations, the printers simultaneously ran out of ink, or the heads on the printer all developed the same defect?
Or, let’s be unbelievably charitable and say that the amount of ink is controlled by the software. So now you’re telling me that all the machines at all the different locationssimultaneously had a software change that caused the same problem? *After being validated as election ready? Okey dokey.
Covering the windows where the votes are counted should be a federal crime. Nothing good can happen once the windows are covered.
