There has been a lot of hoopla about President Trump’s announcement and it’s drawing more and more media outlets worldwide.

There are too many scams going on with this election as witnessed today.

Would the draw of more media outlets worldwide be a great opportunity for him to say "My fellow Americans, the STORM is upon us......."?

Why is STORM in all caps?

So if we lose does Trump announce and if we win he doesnt? I don't understand the significance of announcing a run, esp when actively contesting the election we had in 2020?

What changes by his announcement?

He is not announcing before Nov 15 he cant. If he wants to finish the term and then run in 2024 he has to wait. If he announces a run now he will not be able to run in 2024 but if he waits til the 15th he will still be able to run in 2024.
