Planefags, are you noticing anything different tonight?

I'm in eastern NC near a couple of bases and there is a LOT of activity tonight. Got Ospreys and helicopters flying over periodically, more than I've noticed before. Just curious what others are seeing, or maybe I'm just overthinking what's normal.

Earlier today I saw a call sign of MOAB coming out of Salt Lake, Utah. It was heading in the direction of Southern California. I had to leave and did not see where exactly it landed. And there were 4 up with call sign of SAM.
