They had all of MD called at every level before a single vote was posted.... Cox was winning 2 to 1 until corrupt ass Baltimore got started adding numbers. People are so stupid there they cant even count. Highest funding in the state for students and cant even read at 5th grade levels. This state is so fucking stupid. End this shit and take out all the corrupt traitors.
