Over the past three weeks a commission has been reviewing Canada's trucker convoy and the eventual declaration of the Emergencies Act by Justin Trudeau.

It has been mostly hour after hour of boring testimony which has yet to reveal any actual emergency requiring the extraordinary powers.

Today during examination of a witness by the lead counsel for the commission, the lead counsel collapsed without warning in the middle of his examination.
