It is hard to color this as anything but what it is...a beaten army getting the hell out of Dodge.

Well, I read somewhere that Russia has agreed to take control of the land up to the river that borders Kiev and everything east of that is theirs.

I think Poland will grab a bit on the west and Ukraine will be cut down to the middle portion.
