Seeing the results coming in for Lake, Masters etc where even in Maricopa 70%+ are for Lake, I asked myself if the machines were "affected" to force either a hand count of ballots (remember box 3) or to prevent the machines flipping votes.
Had the machines been working, I'm sure they would have been rigged again.
