Gregg and True the vote bought GPS data for a city/county from providers to use in 2000 Mules. So all Law Enforcement have to do, is buy the GPS info from a provider, and that seams to bypass a warrant.

Where if they use cell tower triangulation data supinaed(sp) by a court from the Wireless phone company, it requires a warrant.
