Donald Trump's mansion resides in Palm Beach County, which has a mandatory evacuation, but his adviser said he won't be leaving. The storm has already hit the Bahamas, causing flooding.

Isn't there a no fly zone over mar-a-Lago, and then a hurricane hits in November and there is a mandatory evac? Maybe I am reaching here but seems weird to me.
