My friends and I have been blessed to live in a state that has been an (almost) perfect bastion of freedom, and a defender of law and order.

"Governor DeSantis, you CANNOT protect Florida from DC. Only a Governor can protect people locally. Stay and fight for the people who just put you in office."

Was just thinking this. What a slap in the face for FL republicans who supported DeSantis, only for him to turn his back on them to pursue loftier goals. Guess serving the people of FL isn’t good enough for him

I'm not convinced he's 'slapping' anyone or 'turning his back', but I'm sure he's constantly hearing about the 'loftier goals'.

Protecting an entire state IS a lofty goal.

Plus, we need MAGA spread out throughout the country, not just concentrated in DC.

I love this new generation of 'America First' leaders.
