The biggest news from 11.8 was the fact that California called their races (for D's) at 0% reporting.

While we keep an eye on Arizona, let's see what news comes out for California today.

CA governor race has been locked at 45% for ages with the Republican candidate not far behind. Very odd for such a "blue" state.
